1. Preamble and definitions

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (GTCS) govern the use of the GrowMyCash.com service offered by [PUBLISHER].

Service : web platform providing stock rankings based on momentum strategies.

Customer : any individual or legal entity subscribing to a subscription.

2. Purpose of the service

GrowMyCash.com provides subscribers with stock rankings and momentum analyses. The service does NOT constitute personalised investment advice. See the Disclaimer page.

3. Registration and customer account

Registration requires a valid email address and a credit-card payment method. The Customer warrants the accuracy of the information provided.

4. Subscription, pricing and billing

• Price : 899 € TTC / month
• Billing period : monthly, rolling from the date of subscription. The anniversary of the subscription date constitutes the renewal date.
• No right of withdrawal : in accordance with article L.221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, as the digital service is executed immediately upon subscription with the Customer's express consent, the Customer expressly waives the 14-day right of withdrawal.
• Any started month is owed in full : no prorated refund is possible, including in the event of cancellation during the period, non-use of the service, or suspension following a payment default.
• Payment : by credit card via the Stripe provider. The Customer expressly authorises recurring automatic charges on the registered payment method.

5. Automatic monthly renewal

In accordance with article L.215-1 of the French Consumer Code, the subscription is automatically renewed each month on the anniversary of the subscription date, by automatic charge on the registered payment method.

This renewal continues indefinitely until the first of the following events occurs:

• cancellation by the Customer from the member area;
• expiration, blocking, opposition or closure of the registered payment method, without update within the deadline set out in article 8;
• death of the Customer, upon presentation of supporting documents by the beneficiaries;
• termination by the publisher in the event of a serious breach by the Customer of contractual obligations.

A reminder email is sent to the Customer at least 7 days before each renewal date, in accordance with article L.215-1 of the French Consumer Code.

6. Cancellation by the Customer

• The Customer may cancel the subscription at any time, free of charge and without justification, directly from the member area. The online cancellation feature is permanently accessible (article L.215-1-1 of the French Consumer Code).
• For a cancellation to prevent the next charge, it must be made before the renewal date.
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current monthly period: the Customer retains access to the service until that date.
• No refund, full or prorated, is owed for the current month, regardless of when in the month the cancellation occurs.

7. Referral program

• Each Customer has a unique referral link available in the member area.
• For each active referral (current subscription), the referrer receives an €80 discount on their own monthly fee.
• Discounts are cumulative (e.g.: 5 active referrals = -€400).
• The calculation is performed automatically at each renewal, based on the number of referrals still subscribed at that moment.
• The monthly price cannot drop below €0.

8. Payment default and access suspension

In the event of a failed automatic charge (card declined, expired, limit exceeded, opposition, etc.), the following procedure applies:

1. a warning email is immediately sent to the Customer, inviting them to update their payment method;
2. a 72-hour grace period from the sending of this email is granted to the Customer to update their payment details;
3. after this period without regularisation, access to the service is suspended as of right, without further formality;
4. the account is automatically reactivated upon effective settlement of the unpaid month.

Suspension of access following a payment default does not relieve the Customer of full payment for the started month. Failing regularisation within 30 days, the publisher may terminate the subscription as of right and recover the sums due by any legal means.

10. Intellectual property

All site content (texts, rankings, charts, methodologies) is the exclusive property of [PUBLISHER]. Any reproduction is prohibited.

12. Limitation of liability

GrowMyCash.com is provided "as is". The publisher cannot be held liable for investment decisions made by the Customer or for any financial losses resulting therefrom.

13. Applicable law

These GTCS are governed by French law. Any dispute shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the registered office of [PUBLISHER].
